Under-pressure West Ham United manager Julen Lopetegui is looking for a respite when the Irons travel to Newcastle United in the Premier League on Monday night.
The Spaniard may only have a few games left to save his job after a dismal start to his reign, with a major investment in the team over the summer having little impact on results. Just three wins in the first 11 games of the Premier League season mean the former Actual Madrid and Spain manager is leading the sacking race heading to Tyneside.
The long journey to a resurgent Newcastle is the last thing Lopetegui would have wanted. The Magpies have beaten Chelsea, Arsenal and Nottingham Forest in their last three outings and can surpass the 20-point mark if they prove victory against an out-of-sorts West Ham side.
here it is 90 minutes West Ham to Newcastle travel guide.

Eddie Howe has revealed that Callum Wilson and Kieran Trippier are candidates for the visit of West Ham after returning to training. The former has missed the entire campaign, while the latter has been absent since the clash against Everton at the beginning of October.
Newcastle find themselves a little short in defense for Monday’s clash with Emil Krafth joining Jamaal Lascelles and Sven Botman in the treatment room. The Swede has broken his collarbone and will miss the next six to eight weeks, and Dan Burn is also suspended after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season before the international break.
However, Howe has plenty of attacking options at his disposal, with Alexander Isak having scored in five of his last six games for club and country. Anthony Gordon scored his first goal for England against Ireland and could line up on the right side of a front three.
Predicted lineup for Newcastle vs West Ham (4-3-3): Pope; Livramento, Schar, Kelly, Corridor; Longstaff, Guimaraes, Willock; Gordon, Isak, Joelinton.
West Ham have a near-fit squad for the trip to Newcastle, meaning there can be no excuses for Lopetegui to get injured. The Irons boss is still without summer signing Niclas Fullkrug, although he is reportedly making positive progress in his recovery, and Mohammed Kudus remains suspended following his red card against Tottenham Hotspur.
Edson Álvarez himself was suspended for the goalless draw against Everton before the international period, but is available again in midfield. Alphonse Areola could return between the sticks but could struggle to displace the impressive 39-year-old Lukasz Fabianski.
Like Newcastle’s Gordon, West Ham winger Jarrod Bowen scored his first goal for England in the rout of Ireland and will be key to his team’s hopes of a positive result.
The Hammers have struggled for a clean sheet this season, but they did it at Goodison Park. Lopetegui is likely to name the same defensive unit for the trip to Newcastle, with Guido Rodríguez anchoring the back four.
West Ham vs Newcastle predicted lineup (4-1-4-1): Fabianski; Wan-Bissaka, Todibo, Kilman, Emerson; Rodríguez; Bowen, Soucek, Paquetá, Summerville; Anthony.
Newcastle are well positioned to push West Ham further into crisis on Monday night. In front of a rowdy St James’ Park crowd and with confidence high after a purple patch of form, the Magpies should defeat the disappointing Hammers with relative ease.
West Ham certainly have the potential to make life difficult for Newcastle, but they have been too open in defense this season, while also looking relatively forceful in the final third despite some impressive attacking options.
With Isak in dazzling form up front, Gordon likely to pull the strings and Bruno Guimaraes set to lead the battle in midfield, Newcastle could well secure a fourth successive victory.
