SLIDESHOW – After a sporting weekend marked by the success of the French XV against Argentina, Max Verstappen’s fourth world title or even the disparate end of the match between Nantes and Le Havre, find out what pleased… and displeased the writing of the Figaro.
Friday evening at the Stade de France, the Blues perfectly concluded their autumn tour by dominating Argentina (37-23) to sign a three out of three in this series of test matches after their victories against Japan and New -Zealand. Max Verstappen won a fourth global crown in Formula 1 after his fifth place at the Las Vegas Grand Prix on Sunday, two rounds from the end of the world championship.
Scenes of joy, therefore, for the Dutch runner which contrast with the chaos which reigned at La Beaujoire in the last minutes of the match between Nantes and Le Havre. A match already stopped in the 25th minute for tennis ball throwing and supporters who tried to enter the pitch.
