MooneyGo Basket 2000 Senigallia – Basket Golfo Piombino 54 – 63

The girls from Senigallia took to the field with the red whisker on the cheek to remember November 25th that is day for the fight against violence against women.

The match can be divided into two parts before and after the long break. Senigallia played very well, scoring a lot and conceding little 34 points to 26 after twenty minutes of play with Vigna scoring 13 points despite coming off a difficult week due to playing pain.

In the second half however Senigallia fails to play like the first for various reasons, tiredness, the excessive load of fouls, in the end three girls emerged with five fouls and one with four, in addition to the good performance of the guests pushed by their captain, the point guard Klatt, who ultimately scored 20 points of which 12 were free throws.

It was already known that this championship it would have been tough against the Tuscan teams but a few more victories were desirable, especially with teams within Senigallia’s reach such as Piombino and Umbertide where Senigallia will travel next Sunday for a must-win match.
