The Upper Franconian district championship for youth U9 (born in 2016, 2017, 2018) and youth U11 (born in 2014, 2015) took place in the gymnasium of the Graf Stauffenberg School in Bamberg. 62 young judoka took part. In the end it was a successful and injury-free event. All children were rewarded with a medal and a certificate for their performance and courage. For many it was their first tournament participation. Patron Wolfgang Metzner opened the event and carried out the award ceremonies at the end. Department head Peter Greiner and his organizational team were pleased with the smooth organization.
