Products in the stadium for men with bladder weakness

A recent study by the charity Prostate Cancer UK and the consultancy PHS Group found that half of men with bladder weakness are less likely to go to football stadiums due to a lack of adequate sanitation. One in seven people have even stopped visiting the stadium completely.

According to Prostate Cancer UK, one in eight men in the UK will develop prostate cancer, and around two thirds of patients experience at least temporary incontinence.

“Manchester United’s commitment to supporting men with incontinence is a fantastic step forward and we hope the action will lead to change across the football community, from the top of the Premier League right through to local amateur games,” said Nick Ridgman from the charity.

Giving men access to basic facilities could give them renewed confidence to watch live football matches.
