The Sports Tech Nation Summit is one of the international hotspots of the sports technology industry

For the first time as part of ISPO, the Sports Tech Nation Summit will take place in Munich from December 3rd to 4th. This two-day summit brings together decision-makers from industry, investors, sports clubs, sports organizations as well as tech startups and entrepreneurs from over 30 countries. Innovative start-ups, investors and technology experts present smart high-tech solutions for athletes, associations, clubs and amateur athletes. Disruptive innovations in the sports business reveal new potential for raising fan engagement and the sports experience in the stadium for visitors to a new level.

Joachim Herrmann, Bavarian State Minister of the Interior, Sport and Integration, welcomes visitors to the Sports Tech Nation at a welcome reception in the town hall in the afternoon.

The second day of the conference is the highlight of the Sports Tech Nation Summit. Here, athletes and top managers from the sports business as well as celebrities, including the tennis professional Mischa Zverev, Carolina Chiappero, Innovation Manager at Juventus Turin, Marc Makowski, Senior Vice President Creative Direction & Innovation at Adidas, Nili Block, world champion in kickboxing, and Haruka Gruber, SVP Media DAZN, gave exciting insights into the future of sports innovations on the main stage. In addition, as part of the main program, a start-up trade fair will take place on December 4th at the ICM, which will be a new forum offering promising company founders the opportunity to present their innovations to a global audience of sports and technology enthusiasts as well as leading investors.

“Our goal is to make Munich a perfect location for sports technology companies. Munich already has a strong industry, sports clubs and investors.
