After the defeat the previous week in Ciudad Real, the players from Cuenca needed to become strong again at home. In one of the key duels of this league and which has been the case in other seasons, Alberto Almodóvar’s team managed to beat Baloncesto Criptana. Good start with 16-6 in the first quarter that kept them in the lead until the end of the match despite the constant attempts by Javi Úbeda’s team to tip the balance.
