Brugherio (Monza and Brianza), 26 November 2024 – For a walk with a knife now he finds himself with a free criminal complaint against him, at just 16 years old. It happened in the early afternoon of Monday 18 November, when the Carabinieri of the Brugherio station reported in a state of freedom a 16 year old from the village on charges of illegal possession of a bladed weapon. The episode occurred as part of a service aimed at ensuring safety near the municipality’s high schools, aimed at preventing risk situations.
Stop for a check
And it was exactly that during a check that the military stopped two young people for an investigation and, during the identification, one of them, probably intimidated, spontaneously handed over to the carabinieri a switchblade with a blade over 10 centimetres, which he kept in his jacket pocket. The weapon it was immediately seized and made available to the judicial authorities. The young people were taken to the headquarters of the Brugherio Carabinieri for the ritual formalities and subsequently entrusted to their respective parents. The incident was communicated to Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Juvenile Court of Milan.
