Eveils – Seniors
Saturday, November 23, the Fontaine seniors tournament took place. Hugo Rochelet finished in 7th place. Still a junior this year, Hugo had a great competition among the seniors.
Sunday, November 24, around a hundred judokas, ranging from preschoolers to juniors, represented the club at the Firminy interclub. Congratulations to all the young people who made the trip. Special mention for Joaquim, Léna and Arthur who all three participated in their age category as well as in the one above. Léna finishes first among the chicks and the youngest children, Arthur finishes 1st among the chicks and 2nd among the youngest children. Joaquim finished 1st among the hatchlings and 2nd among the mini chicks. Well done to them.
At the same time, the Minimians fought on the side of Ceyrat.
Cléa wins the gold medal in -52kg. A medal that rewards all the efforts made during training.
Lisa and Lilly both finished in 3rd position. Second podium of the season for Lisa in -48kg and third for Lilly in -40kg.
After winning the Lagnieu tournament in -57kg, Charlie ranks 5th, just like Ronan (-46kg), Lého (-46kg) and Léo (-50kg). They weren’t missing much to reach this podium. Congratulations to them for the progress they have made.
Tom finished 7th in -42kg. Marion and Fantine fail to rank.
The entire group has shown good progress since the start of the year thanks to diligent and regular work.
We will meet them again on Sunday for their departmental championship in Andrézieux.
