Pont-du-Casse. Cop Tennis: a roof that opens up the horizon

Friday November 15, COP Tennis held its general meeting in its clubhouse. An AGM, serene and relaxed, in which participated, in addition to the members of the association, Christian Delbrel, mayor of the town, Didier Meynard and Bernard Agioux for the OMS (Municipal Sports Office).

President Martine Saves, in her activity report, highlighted the good results of the teams engaged on the various fronts and the good individual performances during the various tournaments. “It was a special and complicated year due to the work and the covering of two courts. We were forced to cancel our summer tournament but we had no choice. Today, we are turning to the “A big thank you to the municipality which offers us remarkable playing conditions and facilities that match our ambitions.” Alluding to the two courts covered with solar panels, the new LED lighting and the total renovation of court number 1.

The first results were not long in being felt with the massive registration of new members. The record is broken (180 members in September). The partners remained faithful. Also note the arrival of two new members within the office.

All the planets seem aligned at COP Tennis so that this new season will be rich in results and emotions both in the team championships and during the individual events.
