The Indian badminton players66th in the mixed doubles BWF rankings, took one hour and two minutes to get the better of the world No. 182 pair of Zhang Han Yu and Bao Li Jing from the People’s Republic of China with a 12-21, 21-15, 21-17 scoreline.
Tanisha Crasto and Dhruv Kapila will take on compatriots Mohit Jaglan and Lakshita Jaglan in the next round.
