Sebastian Joseph-Day (born March 21, 1995 in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania) is an American football player at the position of defensive end. He currently plays for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL).

Joseph-Day went to high school in his hometown of Stroudsburg. In 2013 he decided to go to Rutgers University. Between 2013 and 2017, he played 37 games for the college football team, recording 90 tackles, 14.5 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks.[1]

Joseph-Day was selected in the sixth round, 195th overall, by the Los Angeles Rams in the 2018 NFL Draft.[2] He did not appear in any games in his first NFL season. He was named the starter for the 2019 season.[3] He finished the season with 44 tackles and 2 sacks. He finished the 2020 season with 55 tackles and one sack.

A year later, he was placed on the Injured Reserve List on November 5, 2021 due to a torn pectoral muscle.[4] The Rams reached Super Bowl LVI this season. On February 11, 2022, two days before the final, Joseph-Day was activated again and was able to actively participate in the 23:20 Super Bowl victory against the Cincinnati Bengals.[5]

On March 16, 2022, Joseph-Day signed with the Los Angeles Chargers.[6] On the 7th game day of the season, in the game against the Seattle Seahawks, he and his teammate Troy Reeder scored a safety against running back Kenneth Walker III. From December 7, 2022, he was out for the rest of the season due to a knee injury.[7] In the 2022 season he took part in 16 season games. He recorded 56 tackles and two sacks. He was released by the Chargers on December 22, 2023.[8]

The San Francisco 49ers added Jospeh-Day to their roster on December 27, 2023.[9] He reached Super Bowl LVIII with the 49ers, which was lost 22:25 to the Kansas City Chiefs.

On March 20, 2024, he signed a contract with the Tennessee Titans.[10]

Joseph-Day is married and has a son.[11]

On March 27, 2023, Joseph-Day accused Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees of sexually harassing him at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, California.[12]
