On the same day, Hansarang Meal Teacher Co., Ltd. also delivered 93 pairs of winter shoes to the elderly in the district.

The donated winter shoes will be delivered to a senior center in the district after going through a donation process designated by the Haksan Sharing Foundation.

Meanwhile, Hansarang Food Plate Teacher Co., Ltd. is a social enterprise that mainly engages in cleaning, disinfecting, and delivering food plates to daycare centers and kindergartens, and is lending a helping hand to neighbors in need.

Juan 7-dong received 100 boxes of kimchi from Hongjae Livestock in Singi Nambu Market.

The 100 boxes of kimchi received will be delivered to underprivileged people, including low-income seniors living alone.

Since 2021, Hongjae Livestock has joined the ‘Good Store’ and is taking the lead in establishing a donation culture by donating 30,000 won per month to the community chest.

Juan 1-dong also received 50 pieces of Wando seaweed, 30 pieces of salted shrimp, and 50 pieces of Korean beef gomtang from the Neighborhood Love Sharing Community, and delivered them to a total of 7 places in the district, including a welfare facility for the disabled, a local children’s center, and a senior center.

District Mayor Lee Young-hoon said, “We are grateful to the donors who practiced warm sharing even in difficult times.” He added, “We will do our best to ensure that the donors’ sincerity and heart are conveyed to our neighbors in need.”

Michuhol-gu plans to continue to actively support sharing activities to help vulnerable groups in the local community and prepare various support measures to resolve welfare blind spots.
