The Real Betis Balompié Foundation launches the bases of this call aimed at providing sports equipment to entities that, in the field of childhood and adolescence, have the purpose of practicing sports activities in areas affected by DANA. In this way, the Verdiblanco club will allocate all the proceeds from the ‘Real Betis, with Valencia’ campaign to help recover the sporting activity of Valencian schools and sports centers that work with children and adolescents.
This was confirmed by the club through a statement and has launched the bases of this call that offers financial support to provide sports equipment to entities whose purposes include the practice of sports activities in the areas affected by DANAclassified as ground zero.
These aid, which may be a maximum of 10,000 euros per entity, if they offer services to more than 150 children, are intended to mitigate the damage suffered and contribute to the recovery of activities in the region, allocating them only to acquisition of sports materials necessary for the continuity of sports practice of children and adolescents.
The materials that may be subsidized will be balls, baskets and portable goals, mats, trampolines, pikes, mats, balloons, tennis rackets and balls, hockey sticks and balls, tennis, badminton and volleyball nets, fences, cones, elastic bands, board games… among others.
