Rome, 29 Nov. (askanews) – Wednesday 4 December 2024 at 6.30 pm within the event “More books, more free” at La Nuvola all’Eur, Sala Nettuno, the book Autism Sport Inclusione – Extraordinary stories to design, together, a better future will be presented , edited by Fabio La Malfa, published by Luni Editrice. The book collects the testimonies of coaches, autistic children and parents, to forcefully affirm that sport is everyone’s right.
“This collection of true and spontaneous testimonies from coaches, autistic people and parents aims to demonstrate that, through sport, true integration is possible and that this can be a tool for social inclusion” declares the author Fabio la Malfa, Judo teacher and trainer for FIJLKAM (Italian Judo Karate and Martial Arts Federation) and FIR (Italian Rugby Federation), committed to the creation of inclusive courses that give everyone access to sports disciplines.
At the opening there will be a greeting from the president of the Italian Paralympic Committee, Luca Pancalli, and from the councilor for Major Events, Sport, Tourism and Fashion of the Municipality of Rome, Alessandro Onorato.
