Excellent week for the best competitive athletes of the Riccionese Judoka school, affiliated with Polisportiva Riccione.
The one who stood out was the 19-year-old Bruno Karamba Badiane, a young talent who flew into his Dakar, after 2 years of Italian training, where he made his debut in the international field, called up by the Senegalese federation. Here Badiane left his mark, taking two third places, first among the under 21s and then among the seniors. A truly incredible result, achieved with determination and sacrifice.
But the successes did not end here: the Polisportiva Riccione also proudly celebrated Sofia Longo who landed in Greece, in the city of Thessaloniki where, with two matches won and two lost, she achieved an excellent seventh place in the new weight category at 44 kg . These results are the fruit of commitment and passion.
Finally, the younger ones led by the coach and president Luca Nassuato went to the Trofeo Spiagge di Velluto di Senigallia, winning two first places with Cecilia Nassuato and Achille Mina, a third place with Xavier Badiane and a fifth place with Alessandro Nassuato.
“The commitment made by all the souls of the club was exceptional. It was difficult to split into three and follow Bruno at a distance, in what was the opportunity of a lifetime to get noticed and enter the African Olympic qualifying circuit. However, we can say that we are very satisfied with the work of all the guys” said Luca Nassuato.
