Russian goalkeeper Nikita Khaikin became the Norwegian football champion with Bude-Glimt. This was reported by a Lenta.ru correspondent.
In the last round of the championship, Bodø-Glimt beat Lilleström with a score of 5:2. Khaikin spent the entire match in goal for the team.
Bodø-Glimt scored 62 points and was three points ahead of second-placed Brann. This season of the Norwegian Championship, Khaikin played 30 matches, in which he conceded 31 goals.
The 29-year-old goalkeeper has been playing for Bodo-Glimt since 2019. Together with the club, he became the champion of Norway four times. The transfer cost of the Russian is estimated at 1.7 million euros.
