The winter interclubs are definitely no longer a training competition for the team games in May, and the first day of the 2025 vintage of the competition demonstrated this this weekend.
Ill TC Strasbourg, which turned the page on Pro B on Saturday, lined up this Sunday Axel Garcian (n°73) and Arthur Nagel (n°81), half of its professional team, to beat the reserve of TCP Ostwald 5-0.
At the same time, a TC Thann in summer configuration – with the Swiss Yannik Steinegger (-15) and Raul Teichmann (2/6) – outclassed a TC Illberg team deprived of Franck Pepe, who was completing an internship with the TIF Academy in Rafael Nadal’s academy in Mallorca.
Finally, in this same group 2 of Regional 1, TC Brunstatt, opposed to Benfeld, drew a reinforcement… from New York, the former left-hander of the FCM Valentin Lang, who will take advantage of the end of year celebrations in Alsace to place a few perfs at the foot of the tree.
