The ongoing annual sports festival Quajaar-2024 concluded at Pilani BK Birla Institute of Engineering and Technology. During this festival, many teams from institutes and schools of Delhi-Jaipur along with BKBIET participated and gave a wonderful presentation.
Sports in-charge Bulchand Kataria said that in the final round of cricket, Barasia College Surajgarh won by defeating BKBIET Pilani by 8 runs. In the basketball final held in the evening, Senior Club Pilani won by defeating SBK College Jaisalmer, in the Kabaddi Boys final, Gym Garage Pilani won by defeating Morva Academy, in the volleyball final, BKBIHE defeated BKBIET Pilani, in the football final, Venky Delhi College beats Jaipur Club Elite, Jhunjhunu Academy in Badminton Boys and Girls finals In the table tennis boys final, BKBIET-A defeated BKBIET-B team, while in the girls table tennis match, BKBIET-B team won by defeating BKBIET-A. In the end the winning teams were presented by the Chief Guest BKBIET Director Dr. M. Prasanna Kumar, G.M. Of commercial. Of. Pareek and Principal Anil Kumar Sharma honored the winners and program student in-charges by giving them certificates and trophies. The overall Quasar-2024 championship was won by BKBIET.
Under the program, Faculty Cricket Match was organized in which Knight Warriors team was captained by Manoj Kumar Saini and Dragon Riders was captained by Ramesh Jangid. There was a match between the two teams in which Dragon Riders won by four wickets and captured the winning trophy, in which Manoj Kumar Saini got the award for best batting and Nachiket got the award for best bowling.
