Bad Sooden-Allendorf (pm/pf) – The two certified swimming trainers Heike Thiel and Andrea Kohaupt from the swimming department of the 1st Fulda Judo Club eV successfully completed further training last week for the preventative course program “Aqua In ®”, which is supported by statutory health insurance companies “.
“Aqua In ®” – what is that actually? “Aqua In ®” is a sustainable, health-promoting exercise program with the focus on “Learn to do it yourself, whenever you have time”. It combines movement sequences from the area of aqua fitness with swimming and the content varies widely. The swimming department of the 1st Fulda Judo Club eV immediately became interested in expanding the aqua fitness prevention courses to include the “Aqua In ®” program and thus improving the quality and variety of offerings. Therefore, Heike Thiel and Andrea Kohaupt attended a further training course organized by the Hessian Swimming Association in Bad Sooden-Allendorf. After three very varied days with a good mix of theory, practice and a self-developed lesson, the two trainers are looking forward to soon being able to start with the first “Aqua In ®” courses subsidized by statutory health insurance companies. Further information on when and where the new courses to maintain your own health start will soon be available on the association’s homepage (www.judo-fulda.de) or on the health insurance company’s website.
The 1st Fulda Judo Club congratulates its trainers Heike Thiel and Andrea Kohaupt on their successfully completed further training and is pleased about the expansion and qualitative improvement of the swimming department’s course program.
