In the meantime, 36-year-old Paolo Trabalzi from Viterbo has been under house arrest since November 19th, the first to negotiate an eight-month prison sentence, 7 months and 20 days to be precise, with a discount of one third of the penalty. However, the 47-year-old from Viterbo, Alessio Denocenti, is still on trial under the ordinary procedure, defended by the lawyer Luigi Mancini.
Denocenti and Trabalzi, in the late afternoon of last April 26, rushed into Piazza del Sacrario aboard the white Audi driven by Trabalzi, according to the defense to defend their wives and children, who had been attacked by a baby gang for trivial reasons.
Mohammad in turn allegedly threw himself at them and the car, with a baseball bat, after which Denocenti allegedly got behind the wheel to drive away, hitting the 33-year-old, while the carabinieri and police rushed to the scene, with ambulances following. , to help the wounded, including the three contenders.
For the violent episode that occurred in the center in the late afternoon of last April 26, when the square was crowded with people among whom panic spread, Trabalzi was arrested together with the 47-year-old from Viterbo Alessio Denocenti and the 33-year-old of Afghan origin Hosseini Mohammad.
The fight, which started for trivial reasons, involved two families and quickly turned into an episode of uncontrolled violence. The police, alerted by a private citizen, stopped the protagonists of the incident, recovering and seizing tools used during the fight, including a claw hammer and a baseball bat.
“The measure carried out – the Carabinieri report in a note – allows the convicted person to continue the execution of the sentence under home detention, at his home, with compliance with specific conditions aimed at controlling his conduct, in order to to prevent him from carrying out actions capable of harming the interests of the community.”
