The contracts, agreements and memorandums of understanding that came out of the World Football Summit exceeded 100 contracts, agreements and memorandums concluded between government agencies, federations and sports clubs, in addition to local and foreign sports companies.
The conference, which was held over two days and hosted by the King Abdullah Financial Center in Riyadh, concluded today in the presence of an elite group of world football leaders.
The number of participants and visitors attending the conference exceeded 2,000 individuals from 60 countries, including 150 speakers, while the number of representatives of federations, sports clubs and international leagues reached 160 individuals, while the number of media personnel reached 75 media figures, in addition to more than 30 companies, institutions and sports brands.
The committee indicated that the numbers related to the conference show Saudi Arabia’s success in hosting summits and sporting events, and confirming its growing role in the world of football, and said: “This event brings together senior figures in the industry from various countries of the world to enhance opportunities for cooperation and discussion about the future of football.”
She added: “It has proven that this gathering in Riyadh is not just an event featuring panel discussions, but rather a catalyst for transformative partnerships and initiatives that will shape the future landscape of football, especially in enhancing business opportunities in Saudi Arabia and regional growth.”
