Dear club representatives,
Shortly before the turn of the year, we would like to give you some more information about the DJB’s digital membership management (digital judo pass).
After the DJB’s new passport regulations have been approved (we reported on the results of the DJB general meeting), the digital Judo Pass will be mandatory for athletes at all DJB events (starting from group level) from March 1st, 2025.
At the state association level, we will use the full transition period (until December 31, 2025), during which we will continue to operate in a hybrid manner, as we did this year. Clubs can physically order sight tags, examination tags, etc. as usual.
If you have not yet registered as an association, you can request the link to the online form from the Vice President of Administration. This will create access for the club based on this data and will also offer the club administrators an introduction to the system via video conference. He is also available via email to answer any other questions you may have about digital membership management.
For all clubs that are already registered and do not follow the information on the DJB website, it should be mentioned that the system has moved to the new domain djb.dokume.app. It is recommended to only work via this domain, as the old domain no longer receives updates.
The function of the graduations has also been changed so that all holders of a current examiner license can now add them to their own Dokume account by ordering a license and can then be registered as examiners by the clubs. When the examiner then submits the test results, the state association’s confirmation step is no longer necessary.
