CULIACÁN._ The general director of the Municipal Institute of Sports and Physical Culture, José Alberto Beltrán Figueroareceived Ana Lucía Álvares Lópezwho won two bronze medals in the in the Panamerican Children’s Judoheld in Varadero, Cuba.
