Strength message
Please keep in mind that new judo passes, whether digital or paper, are always created with an annual stamp/license! Please contact the individual regarding strength reporting and the process responsible regional association. We want to avoid accidentally purchasing duplicate annual tokens/licenses.
Competition license
Since then 01.12.2024 you can via our new portal Apply for or extend your competition license. It will then be entered into your new digital JudoPass (if it already exists).
Costs of paper passports and examination materials
The DJB board has set the DJB share of the fees for paper judo passes and paper Kyu exam material at 10 euros each. The cost of the Kyu examination certificate for non-members is now 20 euros. The reason for this is the increased personnel/processing requirements and the costs for the security update for the old judo portal.
In the new judo portal at the previous prices remain the same.
These prices will then be called up on March 1st, 2025.
IJF Card
The IJF card can be used as before DokuMe be extended or applied for. From the 12/16/24 to 01/13/25 our “Early Bird” tariff is available again. During this period the card only costs €55 instead of €65.
DJB-Shop
Orders in DJB-Shop have to by 16.12.24 so that they can be processed and sent before Christmas. The prerequisite is that payment has been received by the stated date. All orders that are received after this or that payment cannot be recorded on time will only be processed from week 2 onwards.
Portal orders
The portal will be closed over the holidays. It will be possible to order for clubs, but approval by the regional associations is not possible.
Please note the following deadline:
Orders for passes: approval must be received by 12/16/24 11:59 p.m be carried out by the regional association.
Orders for exam materials: approval must be received by 17.12.24 23.59 by the regional association.
For passport orders after December 16th, 2024, the stamps for 2025 will be automatically printed!
If the approval is given by the regional association by the specified period, the order will still be processed and on 20.12.24 sent.
All orders after that can only be processed from 02.01.25 be released by the regional association. The orders will only be processed in week 2.
All passes will then be automatically created with the 2025 annual stamp.
The deadline applies to all clubs and all state associations. The portal is from 12/18/24 up to and including 01/01/25 closed.
Tournament Improvement – Evaluation
The DJB would like to support regional associations and clubs in improving tournaments and championships – shorter tournament duration and a better tournament experience. The DJB is therefore starting a test together with our partner DokuMe and would be happy to take part.
Initially until April 2025, all DJB clubs can test and try out DokuMe’s tournament manager free of charge if they simultaneously take part in an evaluation of tournament quality. This data will be used to examine how the DJB can help clubs organize tournaments in the future.
