Three juniors from the Triais Judo Club made the trip to Moissac for a competition with licensees from all over Occitanie and other regions. This label A tournament was also open to neighboring clubs from Spain.
Alexandre Mariel and Mathéo Le Porhiel left the group, then they continued the fights and arrived in the round of 16 with beautiful randoris. Then came the turn of Clémentine Ryckelynck, who challenged the judokates in her category. Myriam Lacaze comments: “she knew how to intuit, persevere, by listening to the instructions of her coach on the edge of the tatami”. It must be said that thanks to her mentality but also to her Judo, she reached the final, which she won. She thus climbed onto the first step of the podium after a semi-final against a Spanish judokate whom Clémentine, even at the end of her strength, was able to surprise.
She is therefore first in front of judokates from the clubs Alliance Judo Dordogne Périgord, Avenir judo de Toulouse, Hélios Zaragoza d’Espagne, Elite judo Occitanie, Dojo Béglais, JSA Bordeaux and le muret Judo club.
The Triais Judo Club, Thierry the teacher and Thibault the president, are proud of their competitors.
We will be able to meet these athletes on Saturday December 21 for a national tournament in Toulouse, and they are also motivated for training at CREPS in Toulouse the same weekend.
The president and the professor assure “these results are motivating for all of our licensees at the start of the season and they have not finished delighting us. Congratulations to them again and thank you.”
On Sunday, December 8, four benjamins, six chicks and two mini-chicks registered for the benjamins criterium and the Kuma event at the Maison des Arts Martiaux in Tarbes where they were able to put into practice everything they learned at club and also have fun.
