The 1 Ladies +35 team from the L’Isle-Jourdain Tennis club became the champion of Occitanie thanks to its 3-0 victory against the Colomiers team. Thanks to this victory, the TCL is qualified for the French championships which will begin in January 2025. A new adventure which begins for the Lisloises who will continue to do well during this new challenge.
End of year also rhymes with general assembly. President Florent Eychenne and co-president François-Xavier Desgrippes presented the very good results of the 2023-2024 season. Through the number of licensees and the numerous sporting results at the national, regional and departmental level, the Tennis Club L’Isle-Jourdain is one of the major clubs in the Gers department. These results are also the fruit of the support of all the partners who allow TCL to grow. On this subject, it should be noted that the municipality carried out, during the 2023-2024 sporting year, several works to modernize its facilities, including changing the lighting system on several fields. The 2024-2025 sporting year is off to a good start.
