For Gladbach it is the sixth home game in a row without defeat. This puts the team in ninth place in the table and is level with Dortmund and Wolfsburg with 21 points. With five points, Holstein Kiel is only ahead of bottom-placed Bochum, who received their third point in the game against Union Berlin.
