Will the Hornets ever be complete? We can ask ourselves the question as the players take turns in the infirmary. While LaMelo Ball has just returned from injury, Brandon Miller twisted his left ankle.
It was on a penetration in the fourth quarter that Miller was injured. He had to go out and didn’t come back into the game.

After the game, his coach Charles Lee indicated that Miller’s ankle had already turned a little on a previous sequence, near the Hornets bench. Lee, however, gave no indication regarding the duration of his young star’s absence.
This is therefore a new injury for a major Hornets player this season. LaMelo Ball, Mark Williams, Miles Bridges, Grant Williams, Tre Mann, Nick Richards… all have passed or are still stuck in the “infirmary” box. This forced Charles Lee to use no less than 14 starting lineups different, and to wait for the 26th game of the season to be able to line up his favorite five majors (LaMelo, Miller, Bridges, Josh Green, Mike Williams).
In short, it’s another setback for the Hornets and especially for Brandon Miller, who remained in 12 games in a row with at least 20 points. For the past month, the young phenomenon has been averaging 27 points.
