The competitions, in which 144 athletes from a total of 12 schools participated in the girls’ and boys’ categories at Ağrı Central Sports Hall, witnessed exciting matches. The young basketball players, who displayed a great example of sportsmanship, received appreciation from the audience with their efforts. At the end of the competitions, the winning teams received their trophies and medals at the ceremony. The awards were presented by Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Ahmet Çelebi, Sports Services Director Cemil Budak and school sports representative Osman Okta. Provincial Director Ahmet Çelebi, who made a speech at the ceremony, expressed his satisfaction with the determination and success of young people and emphasized the importance of sports on physical and mental development. Çelebi congratulated the athletes, stating that such organizations will continue. As a result of the competitions, the first place in the girls category went to Sports High School and the second place went to Şemsi Türkmen Anatolian High School. In the men’s category, Sports High School ranked first, Private Teknokent Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School ranked second, and Central Anatolian Imam Hatip High School ranked third.
