Tahiti, December 18, 2024 – The Polynesian Team Championships, also known as Interclubs 2024-2025, had their epilogue Tuesday evening at the Fautaua complex with the 2nd men’s series final. The Fei Pi-JT pair, composed of Reynald Taaroa and Robert Chonvant, won (2-0) against that of Dragon, represented by Noah Ah Kim Win Chin and Hiva Kelley, and retained their title won the previous season .
Started on November 2, the 2024-2025 Polynesian Team Tennis Championships lasted nearly seven weeks, with periods of bad weather occasionally impacting the program of matches which featured 73 women’s and men’s teams across all series. And although the weather was overcast and uncertain on Tuesday around 5:30 p.m. when the final final of the tournament began with the men’s 2nd series draw, the match was able to go to the end, spared by the rain.
