The appointed public relations ambassadors are six people, including FIFA international referee Kim Yu-jung, former badminton national team members Kim Dong-moon and Jeong So-young, former national archery team member Park Seong-hyun, former national wrestling team member Yoo In-tak, and former national handball team member Lim Mi-kyung.

Public relations ambassadors plan to carry out various promotional activities, such as creating a boom for hosting the Olympics in the form of talent donation and responding to evaluations of host city decisions, until February 28, 2025, when domestic candidate cities are decided.

First of all, FIFA International Referee Kim Yoo-jung is currently a female international referee recognized in the world. Starting with the Korea Football Association’s Referee of the Year Award in 2020, he served as a referee at the 2022 U-20 FIFA Women’s World Cup and last year’s FIFA Women’s World Cup. Lim Mi-kyung, administrative director of Iksan Hospital, won the handball gold medal at the 1987 Amman Asian Championships, the women’s handball gold medal at the 1988 Seoul Olympics, the team gold medal at the 1989 Beijing Asian Championships, and the women’s handball gold medal at the Beijing Asian Games.
