FCB sports director Max Eberl gave an insight into the current status of the negotiations at the press conference: “The discussions are definitely in this direction, that we can imagine it, that Manu can imagine it.”
According to Eberl, both sides would be happy if the extension went ahead: “Now it’s time to clarify and discuss the final details.”
