The Tennessee Titans plan to make a quarterback change for Sunday’s game against the 6-8 Indianapolis Colts.
Mason Rudolph is the logical candidate to take the place of starter Will Levis, who was relegated to the sidelines after suffering four turnovers in a 37-27 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals two days ago.
Levis replaced Rudolph on Sunday after the latter threw his third interception of the game, a ball that was recovered by Geno Stone.
Rudolph made four starts for the Titans (3-11) this season while Levis was sidelined with an acromioclavicular sprain in his right shoulder.
Levis, who was selected in the second round of the 2023 draft, has thrown 12 interceptions this season, tied for fourth in the NFL. Four of them were returned for a touchdown, the highest total this year.
Rudolph is a five-year veteran who signed with the Titans as a free agent this offseason. He threw for 1015 yards and 6 touchdowns against 5 interceptions.
