The Superbike World Championship should be more interesting in 2025, after a 2024 in which there was a clear domination by Toprak Razgatlioglu with BMW. Without the Turkish driver’s injury, the title race would have ended well in advance and we would not have seen Nicolò Bulega dreaming of the big coup already in his rookie year. There was no shortage of battles and spectacle, but the fans hope to see a more competitive and uncertain world championship race next year. Maybe with Alvaro Bautista back at his maximum level and other riders able to enter the fight for podiums and victories more consistently.
Superbike, the list of protagonists of the 2025 World Championship
This morning the entry list of teams and riders who will take part in the 2025 World Superbike Championship was released. There is no particular news, everything had already been announced. There has been confirmation that Razgatlioglu will use the number 1 on his M 1000 RR, already displayed in the Jerez test. Bautista will return to using number 19. The list released also confirms the fact that there will only be two BMWs and only one Kawasaki on the grid. We will see two Bimotas with the Bassani-Lowes duo. The rookies will be Yari Montella (Barni), Ryan Vickers (Motocorsa) and Bahattin Sofuoglu (Motoxracing).
