On the fifth day of the All India Civil Services Lawn Tennis Competition, the excellent performance of Rajasthan team captain IAS Naveen Mahajan and Jagdish Tanwar was seen. In this competition held at Jai Club, Jaipur, this pair won two consecutive matches in the doubles category and made it to the next round.
Great win in doubles: The pair of Mahajan and Tanwar registered a spectacular victory by defeating the pair of Mohinder Singh Sandhu and Dharmendra Sharma by a huge margin of 7-0. Ujjwal Dadhich played the role of umpire in this match.
Rajasthan shines in mixed doubles also: Rajasthan players also showed excellent performance in the mixed doubles category. The pair of Harendra Sharma and Ritu Rani entered the semi-finals by defeating Kailash Prajapat and Suman Kumari by a margin of 7-3.
Organization of competition: This competition is being organized from 15 to 21 December at Sawai Mansingh Stadium and Jai Club. Civil service officers from all over the country are participating in it.
