Their remarkable performance throughout the year earned them recognition at the ”Sport Valore Comune” awards ceremony, an initiative by the local Sports Department aimed at celebrating outstanding local athletes. Among the 148 athletes and 20 teams honored, the arcieri Bizantini stood out. matelda Miolo, the reigning Italian Indoor champion in the An Jf category (18 meters), and Marcello Tozzola, the Vice-Champion in the Ol Mm category (outdoor 70 meters), were both recognized for their exceptional skills. The team of Massimo Venturi, Simone pizzi, and Marcello tozzola, who secured a commendable third-place finish in the AN category at the Indoor Italian Championships, also received accolades.
The “53° Torneo Città di Faenza” proved to be another triumphant event for the Arcieri Bizantini. In the Ol Mm category,Marcello Tozzola dominated the competition,securing the gold medal with an impressive score of 565 points (285+280). Simone… claimed the bronze medal,further solidifying the team’s dominance.

MM: It’s an incredible honor, truly. The level of competition in Italy is incredibly high, so securing the title is a testament to the countless hours of training and dedication. It’s a dream come true, but it also fuels my desire to keep pushing myself and improving.

MM: It’s an incredible privilege. We have a truly dedicated group of individuals who push each other to excel. The camaraderie and mutual support are invaluable. Marcello’s performance was exceptional, and it’s inspiring to see him consistently rise to the challenge.
