Behind the scenes, organizers and participants worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth execution of the Olympic qualification and competition process. Athletes, supported by their dedicated coaches, national federations, and families, pushed their limits, vying for every point and striving to etch their names in judo history.This Olympic cycle’s conclusion marks a pivotal moment for judo. As we strive for continuous betterment and excellence, we will implement strategic adjustments to elevate the sport’s image and optimize our collective efforts.

Kayla Harrison: I think it’s essential. Judo has made tremendous strides in recent years, but we can always do better. Whether it’s refining rules, promoting Judo’s values beyond the mat, or embracing new technologies, a forward-thinking approach is crucial.
