Coach Sosa: Thank you for having me. it’s been an incredible journey with these young athletes. The key to their success? It’s a simple formula: hard work, dedication, and a whole lot of heart.
These boys truly embraced teamwork, supporting each other on and off the field. We also focused on building their confidence and allowing them to express their individual talents.
Absolutely! You mentioned teamwork. How do you foster that spirit at such a young age?
Coach Sosa: we make it fun! Baseball is a game, after all. We incorporate drills and games that encourage cooperation and communication. We also emphasize the importance of celebrating each other’s successes, big and small.

Coach Sosa: Absolutely essential. Brayan and Alex are phenomenal coaches in their own right.

Coach Sosa: There’s always pressure to perform, but we try not to let it define us. Our focus is on nurturing these young talents, helping them grow as athletes and individuals.
If championships come along the way, that’s fantastic. Our ultimate goal is to instill a love for the game and prepare them for any challenge they face, on and off the baseball field.

Coach Sosa: We’re taking it one step at a time. We want to build upon this momentum, develop our players’ skills, and compete at the highest level possible.
But more importantly, we want to continue creating a positive and supportive surroundings where these kids can thrive. If we achieve that, the wins will take care of themselves.
