Brianza Archers Shine in recent Competitions
Teh gymnasium at Turate Middle School recently hosted a thrilling archery competition, drawing a large contingent of archers from various Brianza clubs. This ranking event provided a valuable opportunity for participants too accumulate points and secure their spots in upcoming national championship tournaments.
Burarco Vimercate Dominates the Podium
The burarco Vimercate archery club delivered an exceptional performance, securing numerous individual medals. In the Olympic category, Andrea Brambilla claimed bronze in the junior division, while isabella Maggioni clinched gold in the girls’ category. The compound division saw Valeria Giacomina Fermini and Laura Perego, both competing in the senior category, take home gold and silver respectively. Camilla Brioschi secured gold in the junior division, while Martina Spinelli triumphed in the youth category. Claudia Nardecchia and Christian Pomarico both earned silver medals, and Barbara Trevisanut secured bronze, all in the youth category.
Burarco’s success extended to the team competitions, with their senior women’s team (Fermini, Perego, and Giulia Pesci) and their youth women’s team (Spinelli, Nardecchia, and Trevisanut) both claiming gold medals.
polisportiva Besanese Achieves Masterful Success
The Polisportiva Besanese of Besana Brianza also celebrated notable victories. In the master category,Massimo Frison and Fabrizio Conti secured silver and bronze medals respectively in the Olympic division. The duo, along with Marino Crippa, formed a formidable team that clinched the gold medal.
Compagnia Arcieri del Sole of Solaro Secures Multiple Victories
The Compagnia Arcieri del Sole of Solaro showcased their prowess, winning six individual medals in the Olympic division.Alberto Costanzo secured gold in the senior category, while Francesco Toso earned silver. In the compound division, Andrea Beraldo claimed silver. The barebow category saw Pietro Maiocchi win gold, while Gianluigi Alberti and Cecilia Padovan both secured silver medals. The senior men’s team, consisting of Costanzo, Toso, and Luca Alberti, also triumphed, taking home the gold medal.
Giaccheri and Bosco delle Querce Excel at Nuvolera
At a ranking event hosted by the Arcieri Bresciani in nuvolera,Tanya Giada Giaccheri,representing the Aeronautica Militare club,achieved her 15th victory of the season in the Olympic bow category.Meanwhile, the Bosco delle Querce team from Seveso demonstrated their strength, with Giorgia Rota and Chiara Pavone joining Giaccheri to secure first place in the team competition.
Individually, Bosco delle Querce archers also excelled.Valerio Ravasi and Mark Mikhylovskiy won gold and bronze respectively in the senior compound division. Eric Esposito claimed gold in the senior barebow category.
