Angelique: Honestly,‍ it’s a relief. Don’t get me wrong, I loved competing and the excitement​ of the Australian‌ Open, but there’s something incredibly special about being home for ‌the holidays. Spending quality time with my family, creating new traditions, and basking in the warm atmosphere of Christmas is priceless.

Your daughter’s birthday is coming up in February. ‍With the extra time you have now, will you be throwing a big celebration?

Angelique: We definitely want to make her second‌ birthday memorable. Nothing too extravagant, but something filled with love, laughter, and perhaps a small cake with two candles. Watching her grow and celebrate ⁣milestones like⁣ this is the greatest privilege.
