Mirco Bettelli: ⁤ It’s definitely been a learning curve. The level of Judo is significantly higher at the national and international levels, ⁣and ⁣the opponents are much more ​experienced.​ I’ve had to refine my techniques, improve my mental fortitude, and learn to adapt my strategies on the fly.
