Puebla Prepares for CONADE National Games: Sports Associations Outline training Plans
Puebla is gearing up for the CONADE National Games, with the Ministry of Sports and Youth, led by Gaby “La Bonita” Sánchez, actively collaborating with state sports associations to ensure athletes are well-prepared.
In a series of meetings, presidents from Handball, Judo, Frontón, and Basketball associations presented their strategies for both state-level selections and the enhancement of training centers. These initiatives aim to identify and nurture young talent from a grassroots level, providing them with the necessary resources and support to excel in their chosen sports.
The focus on early talent development aligns with Governor Alejandro Armenta’s vision of establishing Puebla as a national sports powerhouse. This commitment echoes President Claudia Sheinbaum’s national priorities, further solidifying puebla’s position as a “Land of Champions.”
