prakash Padukone: Lakshya definitely has the potential to win an Olympic medal. He possesses exceptional talent, agility, and a strong work ethic. Though, he needs to work on his consistency and maintain a high level of performance throughout the tournament. He also needs to develop strategic gameplay against top-ranked players like Axelsen and Lee Zii Jia.

prakash Padukone:
Playing in front of a home crowd is a tremendous boost for any athlete. The energy from the fans can be incredibly motivating. Lakshya’s victory in 2022 was impressive, but having the crowd roar behind him this year will undoubtedly elevate his performance. He’ll want to put on a show for his home fans.
We saw Lakshya suffer a first-round defeat at the Malaysia Open recently. Do you see this setback as a cause for concern, or is it just a minor blip on the radar?

Every player faces setbacks, even the best in the world. Lakshya’s recent performance should be seen as a learning experience, not a cause for concern. What advice would you give to Lakshya as he chases his Olympic dream?
