Mike Lowell: It’s exciting, no question. Having two guys at the top of everyone’s lists coming up through the system is a huge deal. Anthony’s numbers, especially that batting line through Double-A and Triple-A—that.291/.396/.498 is just phenomenal.
Notable, to say the least. Campbell’s OPS .997, leading all of the minors? That’s eye-popping!
Mike Lowell: Absolutely. You can’t ask for much more than that. Utility players who can hit like that are gold. He’s got a chance to be a real spark plug in that lineup for years to come.

Mike Lowell: Talent can only take you so far. You need good health to stay on the field. Mayer has all the tools, but staying healthy is crucial.It’s the biggest question mark for him. If he can get those nagging injuries under control, he could be a difference-maker at shortstop for a long time.
